I am a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with Health and Care Professions Council with over 25 years experience ranging from professional sports teams to elderly care.  I help people with musculoskeletal problems improve their symptoms, movement and function.

Throughout my life, I have enjoyed being active and I am passionate about supporting people to recover and maximise their own physical ability.

My approach is personal and relaxed, offering prompt access to as much help and support as you require when you need it most. 

​

In addition to my initial degree qualification and years of experience, I have trained in advanced ‘hands on’ joint mobilisation and massage techniques, Pilates, strength and conditioning, and Orthopaedic medicine.
